Sheena is excited to be your coach again this year! This will be her seventh season as a coach for St. Anthonys and her fifth as head coach. Sheena has been involved with STA for almost 18 years now WOW! She swam here every summer from ages 9-18 then later returned to coach seven summers ago.
Sheena is a middle school teacher in the swimming off season. Also during the school year, she coaches High School Cheerleading, which might be part of the reason you rarely see her without a bow at swim meets. Sheena's favorite stroke is butterfly, her favorite color is pink, favorite meal is Filet and baked potato, enjoys Wawa iced coffee and loves St. Anthonys because they are like family to her!!
